The plural of penis is penises or penes.
The male genital organ.
Being a word of Latin origin, the plural of penis is often thought to be peni. The actual Latin pluralization of the word penis is however penes.
The plural form of penis actually has two plurals as it can also be pluralized in the regular English way by adding the suffix -es to the end of the word to form the word penises.
Although both words are acceptable in English, the word penises is much more common in usage than its lesser known penes alternative.
Singular Example: Despite the fact that a penis contains no bone, it can still be fractured.
Plural Example: Penises are thought to become erect 3-5 times per night during REM sleep, according to researchers.

There is a popular misconception that the length of the penis organ is related to shoe size. Studies have shown no such correlation however!
